1. General terms

This User Agreement is a public offer (Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) of the service operator — the self-employed individual Vladimir Pavlovich Petrov (INN 504410954883) — addressed to any person wishing to use Posty.

Registering for, using, or paying for a plan of the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer and the Privacy Policy (acceptance, Art. 438 of the Civil Code). If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the service.

Posty is a software service for the automated publication of user content to social networks via their official APIs and private clients.

2. Registration

Registration is via an email code (OTP) or OAuth providers (Google, VKontakte). We do not use passwords. You undertake to provide accurate information.

The user must be 18+ years old or have the consent of parents / guardians.

3. Use of the service

The user:

  • Is solely responsible for the content they publish
  • Does not publish content that violates the legislation of Russia or platform rules
  • Does not publish others' content without the rights holders' permission
  • Maintains the confidentiality of their credentials
  • Does not use the service to send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages
  • Does not distribute malware or phishing and fraudulent links
  • Does not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent technical limits, reverse-engineer it, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data

Advertising labeling (Federal Law No. 38-FZ). If you publish advertising content through Posty, you are obligated to independently ensure the labeling of the publication in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” of March 13, 2006: obtain an erid token from an advertising-data operator (ORD), pass it at publication time, and include the “Advertising” (Реклама) mark in the text. Posty provides the technical means to pass erid to platform APIs (where they support it), but is not responsible for the correctness of the labeling. Registration with an ORD, concluding an agreement with it, and the actual labeling are the advertiser's responsibility.

4. Content rights

Posty does not acquire any rights to the user's content. The service merely transmits it to the chosen platforms on the user's behalf.

All rights to the Posty service itself — its software, source code, user interface, design, trademark, and other elements — belong to the operator and are protected by intellectual-property law. The user is granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended functional purpose for the term of the agreement. Copying, decompiling, or modifying the service, or using its elements outside the provided functionality, is prohibited.

5. Pricing and payment

Trial period. New accounts get a free 7-day trial with expanded limits. When it ends, publishing and scheduling are paused (viewing your data, analytics, and connected accounts stays available) until a paid plan is purchased. There is no automatic charge after the trial — switching to a paid plan happens only by your explicit action.

Payment for paid plans is made online by bank card through the YooKassa payment service. Access to paid features is granted automatically right after a successful payment — no separate delivery is required: the plan activates in your account in the go.postyapp.ru web app. Paid plans — Start, Pro, Studio — offer expanded limits on the number of connected accounts, publications, analytics depth, and team collaboration (workspace seats). Exceeding limits (extra-use) on paid plans is possible only if you have explicitly enabled this option in settings. By default, the option is disabled — Posty does not charge money “accidentally” for exceeding limits.

Refunds (14-day money-back). If the product is not a good fit, Posty will refund the amount paid in full, at the request of the buyer, within 14 days of the first payment for a paid plan — no reason required. The guarantee applies to the first upgrade to a paid plan; subsequent renewals are not refundable on this basis. After a refund, access to paid features ends and the corresponding receipt is cancelled. Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway (YooKassa) used for the payment.

6. Service reliability and limits of capability

Posty operates in a highly automated environment, interacting with dozens of third-party APIs, and places special importance on the security of users' accounts. We continuously maintain and develop technical measures to minimize operational risks:

  • Compliance with the rate limits and quotas of each connected platform (Telegram, Instagram*Meta Platforms Inc. (including Instagram, Facebook, and Threads) is an organization whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the territory of the Russian Federation., VKontakte, etc.), including reasonable backoff on flood-control and too-many-requests errors on the platform side.
  • A managed pool of residential proxies for Instagram*Meta Platforms Inc. (including Instagram, Facebook, and Threads) is an organization whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the territory of the Russian Federation. with an individual binding of an endpoint to each account, rotation upon detection of anti-bot signals, and a circuit-breaker to cool down an IP in case of suspicious activity on the network provider's side.
  • Selection of device profiles (pinned device profiles, normalized fingerprints) with automatic rotation upon suspicion of a flag from the platform.
  • Stripping metadata from published files before sending (EXIF strip), and pre-publish validation of content against platform requirements.
  • Cryptographically protected storage of tokens and session data (Fernet, AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256), and encryption of the communication channel at all stages (TLS).
  • Logging of actions (audit log) for subsequent incident analysis and informing the user.

Despite the measures listed, final decisions regarding accounts and published materials are made by the connected platforms themselves — based on their own rules, policies, and moderation algorithms, which Posty cannot influence. Such decisions include, in particular, limiting a publication's reach, removing individual materials, and temporary or permanent restrictions on account access. In such cases, Posty is ready to assist the user in clarifying the reasons and filing an appeal, if the platform in question provides such a procedure.

Keeping the integration operational requires constant adaptation to changes both on the platform's side and on the side of Russian regulatory authorities. These circumstances are external in nature and are outside Posty's operational control.

The service is provided on an “as-is” basis, taking into account the technological and legal circumstances listed above. The aggregate amount of Posty's obligations to the user in the event of any claims is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the last billing month of using the service.

7. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time through settings. The main data is deleted within 30 days (a grace period), and the action log (audit log) is depersonalized. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Posty may suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of this agreement, the rules of connected platforms, or the legislation of Russia.

8. Changes to the agreement and plans

Posty may issue new versions of this agreement and change the composition and terms of its plans. The current version is always published on this page with its date and version number; previous versions are retained.

Changes are not retroactive. New terms of the agreement and of the plans apply to new contracts and from the next renewal (payment). An already-paid period is always fulfilled on the terms and at the price that were in effect at the moment of payment — we do not raise the price or reduce the limits of a paid period.

Plan grandfathering. If a plan's terms change, a user who has already taken that plan keeps its previous terms, including on subsequent renewals (except where the plan is discontinued for renewal — see below). A changed plan applies only to new contracts, and the previous plan may be unavailable to new users. Switching to a changed or a different plan is done only with the user's explicit consent.

Plan discontinuation for renewal. Posty may stop accepting payment for, and stop auto-renewing, a particular (including a previous) plan, having notified the users of that plan at least 30 days in advance by email. An already-paid period is always fulfilled to its end on its previous terms and at its previous price. After the paid period ends, a discontinued plan cannot be renewed: publishing and scheduling are paused (viewing your data, analytics, and connected accounts stays available) until the user selects one of the current plans. There is no automatic charge and no automatic move to another plan — choosing a new plan happens only by the user's explicit action.

Notice. We notify users of material changes (in particular, a price change) at least 7 days in advance by email at the address provided at registration. Payment for the next period after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of that version for that period; a user who does not agree with the changes may decline to renew the subscription and keeps the previous terms until the end of the paid period.

Business users — legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. For users entering into the contract for business purposes, Posty may change the terms in the manner provided for in this section, with prior notice; consumer-protection law does not apply to such users.

9. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations if it is caused by force-majeure circumstances that arose after acceptance of the offer and that the parties could not reasonably foresee or prevent. Such circumstances include, in particular: natural disasters, fires, accidents, military actions, acts and decisions of government authorities, blocks and restrictions imposed by regulators or internet providers, large-scale failures of communication networks and data centers, as well as actions and decisions of third-party platforms that change or terminate access to their APIs.

If force-majeure circumstances last for more than 60 consecutive days, either party may withdraw from the agreement by notifying the other party in writing. In that case, the paid but unused subscription period is refunded to the user in proportion to the unused term.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Pre-trial (claim) procedure. Before going to court, the parties undertake to take steps to settle the dispute through a claim procedure. A claim is sent in writing: by the user — to support@postyapp.ru; by the operator — to the user's email address provided at registration. The deadline to respond to a claim is 30 calendar days from its receipt. If the dispute is not settled through the claim procedure, it is subject to resolution in the courts at the operator's location.
